You may use the website for lawful evaluation of BNSN services. Automated abuse, attempts to bypass access controls, interference with the service, and unauthorized access to another client’s information are prohibited.

Calculator results and public estimates are preliminary planning information. They are not an offer, binding quote, project commitment, or guarantee of price or schedule. Work begins only under an approved proposal or signed service agreement.

Portal access is personal to the invited user and organization. You are responsible for protecting your access channel, keeping submitted information accurate, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Portal records do not replace the signed agreement, issued invoice, or provider record that governs a transaction.

BNSN may change, suspend, or maintain the website and portal. Availability is not guaranteed, and third-party services may affect authentication, hosting, email, payment, and signing workflows. Published operational notices appear on the status page.

The website interface, original copy, and BNSN branding are owned by BNSN Solutions or used with permission. Client deliverables, licenses, and ownership transfer are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the public website is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. A client’s signed agreement controls warranties, remedies, liability limits, dispute procedures, and governing law for paid services. These public terms do not expand or replace that agreement.
