Privacy policy

The public estimate form collects the contact details and project choices you submit. The client portal processes account email addresses, organization and project records, messages, onboarding details, uploaded assets, billing and contract status, work records, and credentials you intentionally place in the encrypted vault.

Technical records may include IP-derived request information, authentication events, security and audit events, browser or device details, and error diagnostics. BNSN does not ask you to place payment card numbers in portal forms.

Information is used to respond to inquiries, provide and secure the portal, perform contracted services, communicate operational and billing events, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

BNSN uses service providers to operate this system, including Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication, database and storage services, Stripe for payment and invoice workflows, Resend for transactional email, Dropbox Sign for contract workflows, and Sentry for error diagnostics. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Records are retained while an account or service relationship is active and afterward when reasonably needed for security, backup recovery, accounting, dispute resolution, contract enforcement, or legal compliance. Retention varies by record type. Archived deliverables and security audit events may be retained to preserve operational evidence.

You may request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. A request may be limited where BNSN must retain a record or cannot verify the requester’s authority.

BNSN uses the controls described in the security statement. No transmission or storage method is guaranteed to be risk-free. Material changes to this notice will be posted here with a revised date.
