Payment and refund policy

How billing information is presented in the portal and which agreement determines charges, cancellations, disputes, and refunds.

Last updated September 16, 2026

Current payment availability

Online payments are not yet available through the portal. No public estimate or calculator submission charges a payment method.

Invoices and recurring charges

Amounts, due dates, retainer schedules, recurring charge authorization, late-payment treatment, and service suspension rights are stated in the signed service agreement and issued invoice. Enabling automatic collection requires a separate authenticated review and authorization step; selecting a portal preference alone does not authorize a charge.

Cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically erase completed work, issued invoices, provider costs, or other obligations already incurred. Required notice, the effective cancellation date, and any end-of-term responsibility are controlled by the applicable signed service agreement.

Refunds and disputes

Refund eligibility is evaluated under the applicable signed agreement, the work performed, and the payment record. BNSN does not promise a universal refund period on this public page. To dispute an invoice or request review of a payment, contact [email protected] promptly with the invoice identifier and the specific item in question. Do not email payment card details.

Provider records

Stripe is the payment processor and its verified event history is the source for payment status. The portal displays synchronized records that may lag the provider. A retainer-usage bar or work log does not by itself create a charge.
